Fabian Walter
Fabian Walter, better known as Steuerfabi, is a German tax expert and entrepreneur. After studying business taxation at the University of Freiburg, he initially worked at a tax consultancy and in the field of continuing education for tax advisors. Since 2020, he has been running Germany's largest social media channel on the subject of taxes, with over one million followers and more than 200 million views.
He is the managing director of Steuerversum GmbH and author of the bestseller “Sei doch nicht besteuert” (Don't be taxed). He is a regular speaker at events and conferences. In addition to his appearances on social media and in politics, he also ran his own Fairtrade espresso bean brand.
He gained wider public recognition through his regular live interviews with Christian Lindner during his term as finance minister from 2021 to 2025. In 2023, he also spoke at the European Parliament at the invitation of the EU Parliament's Presidium on opportunities for financial education for European youth.
